From digital experiences to physical care, we're building the full healthcare journey. /n /n If you're passionate about changing the way healthcare works in India, Even is the place for you. /n /n About the Role /n /n We're looking for a Partnership Manager to open new growth channels for Even through partnerships.
From corporates and employee wellness programs to brands, communities, and platforms — you'll identify partners whose audiences need better healthcare, structure win-win deals, and own them from first conversation to signed agreement to live channel. /n /n What You'll Do /n /n /n
- Build a pipeline of potential partners — corporates, brands, platforms, communities, and institutions — aligned to Even's growth goals.

- Own the full partnership cycle:
prospecting, pitching, structuring, negotiating, and closing.
/n
- Design partnership constructs that drive measurable outcomes — member signups, hospital footfall, brand reach.
/n
- Work with legal, finance, and ops to take deals from term sheet to launch.
/n
- Manage live partnerships: run the operating cadence, track performance, and grow the ones that work.
/n
- Represent Even externally with the polish and clarity the brand deserves.
/n /n /n What You'll Need /n /n /n
- 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or B2B business development at a consumer company.
/n
- A track record of closing and scaling partnerships that produced measurable business outcomes.
/n
- Strong commercial instincts — you can model a deal, spot the value exchange, and negotiate it.
/n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, internally and externally.
/n
- Comfort with ambiguity — you build the playbook rather than follow one.

- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated consumer categories.

- An existing network of corporate HR / advantages decision-makers.
