Role Description

We are looking for a qualified and passionate educator to join our online teaching platform. The selected candidate will create and deliver engaging online content, conduct live/recorded classes, and support learners preparing for competitive exams / academic courses.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Teaching: Conduct live interactive classes and/or record structured video lectures for students on the platform Content Creation: Develop high-quality study material, notes, PPTs, mock tests, and practice questions aligned with the syllabus (e.g., UGC NET, competitive exams, or university curriculum) Curriculum

Planning:



Structure course modules and lesson plans for effective online delivery Doubt Resolution: Address student queries through live sessions, chat support, or discussion forums Assessment Design: Create quizzes, assignments, and mock tests; evaluate performance and give feedback Student

Engagement: Motivate and mentor learners to improve retention and course completion rates Platform

Collaboration: Work with the content, video production, and academic teams to ensure quality and consistency Performance Tracking: Monitor student progress using platform analytics and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

Required Skills:

1. Have an excellent camera presence.
2. Strong command over subject matter and exam pattern (especially UGC NET Paper 1)
3. Comfortable with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms, screen recording software)
4. Clear and engaging communication/presentation skills for a virtual audience
5. Basic tech-savviness (working with digital whiteboards, editing tools, etc.)
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline.
- UGC NET (Paper 1) qualified — Paper 2 in relevant subject preferred
- Prior online teaching or content creation experience (Mandatory with Proof)
- Must have a strong command over English.
