Job Descriptions - PAM Engineer / CyberArk PAM Operations Engineer

· 4+years in PAM, IAM or cybersecurity operations, with hands-on CyberArk experience

· Minimum 1 year of experience in CyberArk

· Solid working knowledge of CyberArk Privileged Cloud and its modules: CPM, PSM, CP/CCP, SIA, SCA, WPM, SWS, Connectors.

· Review and maintain Safes, platforms, access policies and configurations across all CyberArk products in scope

· Robust understanding of privileged account types and application authentication workflows

· Strong Active Directory operational knowledge: account lifecycle, group management, multi-forest environments

· Practical experience with Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), Windows Server, and Unix (AIX, Solaris)

· Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider ie AWS, Azure or GCP — IAM model, privileged accounts, secrets handling

· Hands-on experience configuring Entra ID integration with CyberArk: SSO (SAML / OIDC), MFA, and Conditional Access basics

· Comfortable with REST APIs and CLI tools for secret access and validation

· Experience in production support: incident, request and change management with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)

· Responsible of CPM, PSM, CP/CCP (AAM),



Secure Infrastructure Access , Workforce Password Management (WPM), Secure Web Sessions (SWS Required certification: CyberArk Defender (PAM).

· Handle service tickets (incidents, requests, changes) for the PAM platform and the privileged accounts under management

· Supervise and monitor CyberArk components; act on alerts and proactively detect drifts.

· Onboard and offboard privileged and application accounts across Windows, Linux/Unix (RHEL, Ubuntu, AIX, Solaris) and applications

· Onboard cloud privileged accounts: IAM users and roles, root accounts, service accounts and access keys on AWS, Azure and GCP

· Implement onboarding approaches: rotation via CPM, isolation via PSM/SIA, alternative secure vaulting where rotation is not feasible

· Ensure platform configurations remain consistent with Group standards

· Support application teams integrating with CP/CCP (AAM); validate credential retrieval and rotation in real conditions.

· Maintain procedures, onboarding plans and the operational knowledge base; ensure audit compliance.
