Job ObjectiveTo ensure accurate, hygienic, and efficient packing of FabBox products while maintaining quality standards and preparing finished goods for timely dispatch. Key ResponsibilitiesPack snacks and food products as per the required SKU, quantity, and packaging specifications. Operate and handle basic packaging equipment safely.

Ensure correct filling, sealing, labelling, coding, and batch details on every pack. Check packaging material for defects, damage, or incorrect printing before use. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the packaging area as per food-safety standards.

Perform basic quality checks on packed products, including weight, seal quality, appearance, and quantity. Segregate rejected or damaged products and report issues immediately to the supervisor. Count and arrange finished goods SKU-wise for dispatch.

Maintain proper stock and usage of packaging materials. Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable. Support loading, unloading, and movement of finished goods when required. Maintain daily production/packing records and report completed quantities.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.



Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure orders are packed on time.

Required

SkillsBasic understanding of packing and handling processes. Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic counting and record-keeping skills. Good discipline and punctuality. Ability to work as part of a team. Prior experience in food/FMCG packaging will be an advantage.

Experience: 0–2 years preferred; freshers can also apply.
