Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to packaged and software as a service applications.
- Solid knowledge of software release management and version control processes.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate testing solutions within low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with performance testing and monitoring tools to ensure system stability.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application configurations and deployments.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
