As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The engineer collaborates with various teams to maintain compatibility across platforms while utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions.

Continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of applications are essential to provide seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system reliability and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of application updates with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience in developing and maintaining web applications using the Model-View-Controller architectural pattern.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management including deployment, version control, and release management.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and working with low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our CDC6 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
