Role Summary

Looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical professional with strong expertise in Power Platform and Azure PaaS. The role involves CRM customization, cloud integrations, solution design, and ensuring scalable, secure implementations aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) solutions.

Build plugins, workflows, custom actions using C# and .NET.





Design and develop Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas) and Power Automate flows.

Implement integrations using Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure SQL).

Design secure and scalable architecture (RBAC, Managed Identity, Key Vault).

Prepare HLD/LLD and technical documentation.

Support CI/CD, code reviews, and deployment processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor team members.

Required/Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization & development.

Expertise in C#, .NET, Web API integrations.

Solid experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Experience with Azure PaaS and cloud-based integrations.

Good understanding of Dataverse and CRM security model.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
