Summary

As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and performance of systems, and adapting application features to align with organizational needs. The engineer collaborates with various teams to maintain compatibility across platforms while utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code development environments to deliver effective solutions.

Continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of applications are integral to maintaining seamless operations throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable web applications using ASP.NET MVC framework.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Familiarity with integrating APIs and working with low-code platforms to customize packaged solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system stability.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for web applications.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
