As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality.

Continuous monitoring and adaptation are key aspects of the daily workflow to deliver reliable and efficient application services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.




- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of application integration using APIs and low-code platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control systems.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
