Role Description The Outbound Executive - Night Shift - US Process role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajarhat. The role involves making outbound calls to prospects and existing customers in the US market, presenting company services, and generating interest in multi-cloud and engineering solutions.

The Outbound

Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience during each interaction. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating CRM records, following scripts and compliance guidelines,



and meeting performance targets related to outreach, conversions, and customer satisfaction. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to share customer feedback and support continuous improvement in processes and services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication in English for US-based customer interactions.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build rapport and maintain qualified relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, interpret feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, BPO, or US process roles is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently and adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM tools and office software, is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
