Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Techno-Functional Consultant with 7+ years of experience in OTM configuration, customization, integration, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) based on business requirements.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot OTM Agents.
- Perform Workbench customization and configuration.
- Develop and customize XSL stylesheets.
- Troubleshoot XSL and stylesheet-related issues.
- Configure and support OTM integrations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration failures and data-flow issues.
- Design OTM solutions and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.




- Provide production support and resolve critical issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of OTM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in OTM Agent Configuration.
- OTM Workbench customization and configuration.
- XSL development.
- Stylesheet development/customization.
- OTM integration setup and troubleshooting.
- Workflow and solution design.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
