- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery (MS Ortho or DNB Ortho).
- Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in orthopedic surgery, preferably in a hospital or surgical center setting.
- Proven expertise and hands-on experience in performing Total Knee Replacement (TKR), Total Hip Replacement (THR), and trauma surgery.
- Robust understanding of surgical instrumentation, implant selection, and biomechanics in joint reconstruction.
- Excellent diagnostic, decision-making, and surgical precision skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital imaging platforms.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) and state medical council.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage high-volume surgical caseloads.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
