Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Orthopaedic Surgeon based at ANSSI Wellness Center in Nagpur.

The Orthopaedic

Surgeon will evaluate patients with spinal and musculoskeletal conditions, perform clinical examinations, review diagnostic imaging, and formulate treatment plans aligned with ANSSI’s non-surgical spinal decompression protocols.

Responsibilities include overseeing patient care throughout the treatment cycle, monitoring clinical progress, adjusting care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and consistent outcomes. The role also involves patient counseling, documentation of clinical findings, participation in case reviews,



and adherence to clinical governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine with training in managing spinal and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Demonstrated expertise in Orthopedics and Orthopedic Surgery, with a focus on spine-related conditions.
- In-depth knowledge of Spine pathologies and non-surgical management approaches, including conservative and decompression-based therapies.
- Clinical experience in Surgery and perioperative care, even though this role emphasizes non-surgical interventions.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and postgraduate qualification in Orthopedics (e.g., MS Orthopedics, DNB Orthopedics), with valid medical registration.
- Ability to interpret imaging studies (X-ray, MRI, CT) and integrate findings into comprehensive treatment plans.
- Robust clinical decision-making skills, attention to detail in documentation, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Effective communication skills for patient education, multidisciplinary collaboration, and counseling on non-surgical treatment options.
- Willingness to learn and apply ANSSI’s patented non-surgical spinal decompression protocols and participate in ongoing training.
