Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash professional to manage and support end-to-end O2C operations, including billing, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, deductions, invoicing, and revenue-related processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Order to Cash operations.
- Handle billing and invoicing activities accurately and within timelines.
- Manage cash application and payment reconciliation.
- Support collections and accounts receivable activities.
- Handle and resolve customer disputes and deductions.
- Analyze operational data and reconcile financial transactions.




- Identify process gaps and develop effective solutions.
- Work with internal stakeholders and management to achieve team goals.
- Manage small to medium-sized teams and/or work efforts.
- Independently handle moderately complex problems with minimal supervision.
- Ensure process efficiency, accuracy, and timely revenue collection.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

What We’re Looking For
- 4–14 years of experience in Order to Cash / Billing / Accounts Receivable / Revenue Management.
- Strong experience in Cash Application, Collections, Dispute Management, and Deductions.
- Good understanding of billing, invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing teams or operational work efforts.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex operational activities.
- B.Com qualification preferred.
