Role & responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process customer/sales orders accurately in the system (ERP/OMS/Excel).
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and vendors to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain and update order trackers, invoices, dispatch details, and inventory records.
- Track pending and backorders; follow up internally and with customers on order status.
- Reconcile order data with sales,
- Support process improvements in order flow, data accuracy, and turnaround time.
Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in order processing and solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
The role offers flexible working hours and involves managing end-to-end order operations, coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams, and preparing accurate reports
