Position Reports to: Senior Manager, Implementations

Position Description The Operations & Implementation Coordinator position is a full time, non-exempt and remote position. An Operations & Implementation Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of receiving, reviewing, and processing sales orders, and coordination and tracking of all stages of product implementation from point of sale through training to ensure customer deadlines as well as company installation, training, and financial goals are met. This position involves heavy daily customer contact.

Primary Responsibilities • Review Docusign details for complete quote package and readiness.





- Confirm discounts and proper approvals.
- Verify and request new customer accounts in Evolve (Winshuttle).
- Generate and validate accuracy of SAP sales orders.
- Set appropriate shipping and billing blocks depending on order type and funding.
- Attach documents to order in CRM.
- Productive management of assigned orders, queue, and financial reporting.
- Central point of contact from point of sale throughout product implementation.
- Coordination of delivery, installation, and training of purchased products working closely with customer, internal departments, and 3rd parties.
- Manage general order inquiries.
- Issue management involving order entry, delivery, installation, training, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales to move customers forward in a timely fashion to meet customer. expectations and corporate financial goals.
