Contributing Responsibilities

- Provide Technical / Functional support and act as an SME using expertise
- Develop the team as a techno functional team by cross training
- Conduct weekly team meetings and track action plans
- Ensure weekly 1-2-1 meetings with the onsite stakeholders to provide key updates
- Ensure monthly review and key KPIs are delivered on a timely basis.

Technical Skills:

- Technologies:, AutoSys, JIRA, SQL, Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, , APIs, REST APIs, Dynatrace
- Operating systems: Windows Server, Linux, Shell, Unix.
- Digital tools : Ansible, GitHub and GitLab, Cloud Computing
- Project Management: JIRA, Confluence, Release Management.
- ITSM tools : ServiceNow
- Methodologies: ITIL Methodologies, Agile and Waterfall SDLC, Scrum.
- Investment services industry / Funds Administration
- Basics of Banking.
