Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud – Any one Module is Mandatory (Compensation, Benefits,Payroll) /n Location: Gurgaon/ Kolkata /n Experience- 4+ yrs /n We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with expertise in at least one core Oracle HCM Cloud module: Compensation, Benefits, or Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

/n

- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business needs.

/n

- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.

/n

- Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.

/n

- Support data migration, integrations, testing, and user training activities.

/n

- Collaborate with technical teams for reports,



interfaces, and extensions.

/n

- Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

/n

- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.

/n

- Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases and new features.

/n /n Mandatory Skills /n /n

- Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.

/n

- Expertise in at least one of the following modules:

/n

- Oracle Compensation Cloud

/n

- Oracle Perks Cloud

/n

- Oracle Payroll Cloud

/n

- Strong understanding of HCM business processes.

/n

- Experience in configuration, implementation, and support projects.

/n

- Knowledge of HCM data structures, security, and reporting.

/n

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

/n
