Role: Senior Software Engineer (SSE) / Solution Architect – Oracle EPM & Hyperion

Location: Bangalore (GTP)

Experience: 7+Years





Required Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and deploying Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutions.
- Strong expertise in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) – Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with:
- FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)
- FTME/FDMEE (Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition)
- TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud modules.
- Experience with On-Premises Hyperion modules.
- Proven implementation experience across Oracle EPM solutions.
- Experience integrating Oracle General Ledger (GL) with Oracle EPM using ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) and FDMEE.
- Strong scripting, automation, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience in solution design and architecture; should be capable of working as a Solution Architect.
- Ability to design scalable EPM solutions and lead deployment activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Oracle EPM/Hyperion certifications are desirable.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, migration, and cloud transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.

Role Expectations:

- Lead solution architecture and design for Oracle EPM implementations.
- Drive deployment, integration, automation, and reporting initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices across Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion environments.
- Support business planning, consolidation, tax reporting, and financial close processes.
