/n Role Summary

/n We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our global support team. This role is responsible for end-to-end incident resolution, issue triaging, defect analysis, and ensuring seamless operation of core SCM processes within Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional process knowledge combined with strong technical troubleshooting skills, especially in complex, integrated environments involving WMS, 3PLs, and external platforms.

/n Key Responsibilities

/n Functional Support: /n /n

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle SCM modules including Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, and Planning.

/n

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues such as incomplete orders, failed shipments, PO errors, and planning exceptions.

/n

- Analyze business process deviations and data inconsistencies impacting Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) flows.

/n

- Collaborate closely with business users, planners, and fulfillment teams to provide proactive support and process continuity.

/n

- Participate in issue triage bridges, identify workarounds, and validate business-impacting fixes.

/n

- Support period-close and quarter-close operations, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.

/n /n Technical Support /n /n

- Investigate and resolve technical issues in custom objects, interfaces, workflows, and concurrent programs.

/n

- Perform code analysis of PL/SQL packages, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher outputs, and workflows to identify root causes.

/n

- Troubleshoot SOA/OSB middleware-based integrations with external platforms such as HighJump WMS,



3PLs, B2B, and eCommerce systems.

/n

- Work with DBAs and infrastructure teams for performance tuning, concurrent request delays, and database-level investigations.

/n

- Apply approved scripts for data correction in compliance with change control policies.

/n

- Document root causes and develop knowledge base articles for repeat issue prevention.

/n /n Functional Proficiency

/n Required Skills & Experience: /n /n

- Strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain business processes—Order Management, Procurement, Fulfillment, Inventory, Advanced Pricing.

/n

- Familiarity with SCM setups, transaction flows, and approval workflows within Oracle EBS.

/n

- Experience in cross-functional support (SCM-Finance-Retail) and managing upstream/downstream process impacts.

/n /n Technical Expertise /n /n

- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Forms, BI Publisher, and Workflow Builder.

/n

- Solid troubleshooting skills for customizations, interfaces, and concurrent program failures.

/n

- Experience with integration troubleshooting via SOA Suite, OSB, and file/API-based interfaces (XML, JSON, UCM).

/n

- Understanding of Oracle application architecture, concurrent manager performance, and logging/debugging tools.

/n /n Tooling & Compliance /n /n

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools) for ticket lifecycle, incident, and change management.

/n

- Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Control.

/n

- Comfortable working in SOX-compliant environments with strict access control and audit requirements.

/n

- Strong documentation and communication skills for global stakeholder interaction.
