Role & responsibilities

- 10+ years of Oracle EBS HRMS functional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in:

- Oracle Core HR

- Oracle Absence Management

- Oracle Payroll
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12/R12.2.
- Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle HRMS implementation or major rollout.
- Strong knowledge of HRMS configuration and business processes.
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Elements, Balances, Element Links, and FastFormula.
- Strong understanding of Absence Accrual Plans and eligibility.
- Strong OTL and Payroll integration knowledge.
- Strong understanding of DateTrack/effective dating.
- Experience preparing functional specifications.
- Experience working with technical teams on interfaces, reports, conversions, APIs, and workflows.




- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
