Role: Senior Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM (US/UK Payroll with Fast Formula)

Job Summary

Senior Consultant-Oracle specializing in HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - US Payroll (Functional), Fast Formula (Functional). Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 9 Years.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM US Payroll modules, ensuring compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations.

Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation for US Payroll, and Fast Formula components.

Design, build, and optimize Rapid Formulas to support complex payroll calculations, eligibility rules, and absence accruals.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Perform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll and absence processes.

Troubleshoot payroll and absence-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

Support payroll parallel runs, year-end activities, and cutover for new implementations or enhancements.

Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports,



and data migration related to US Payroll and Absence Management.

Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.

Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle Fusion HCM practice.

Qualifications and Skills

Hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - US Payroll.

Practical experience in designing and maintaining Oracle Fusion Fast Formulas for payroll and absence.

Good understanding of US payroll processes, tax rules, garnishments, and statutory reporting.
