As a privately held company, we operate with a culture of nimbleness, innovation, and execution. /n Join Our Team /n If you thrive in high-impact environments and want to help modernize the digital backbone of a rapidly scaling manufacturing business — including enabling Data Center and grid infrastructure growth — this is your chance to lead a mission-critical transformation. /n Position Overview /n The Oracle Cloud ERP Program Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end transformation from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud across multiple manufacturing sites. /n This is a hands-on, execution-driven leadership role responsible for program governance, vendor management, system integration, and business readiness. You will operate at the center of a complex enterprise transformation spanning Finance,
Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Platforms, and Salesforce integrations. /n This role requires onsite leadership in Roanoke, VA, with regular travel to manufacturing facilities. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Own full lifecycle delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud implementations across multiple plants
/n
- Lead ERP transformation from legacy systems (GRMS) to Oracle Fusion — driving standardized, scalable processes (no customization approach)
/n
- Drive Oracle Readiness Phase including:
/n
- Architecture assessments
/n
- Business process mapping (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
/n
- Implementation strategy alignment with executive leadership
/n
- Lead System Integrator (SI) selection process including RFP creation, evaluation, and contract negotiation
/n
- Manage Oracle, SI partners, and third-party vendors with clear KPIs, SLAs, and governance cadence
/n
- Establish and lead program governance:
/n
- Steering Committee
/n
- Design authority
/n
- Risk, issue, and change control processes
/n
- Coordinate integrations across enterprise systems:
/n
- Salesforce
/n
- Azure Data Platform
/n
- Future MES systems
/n
- Own business readiness:
/n
- Data migration strategy
/n
- Cutover planning and execution
/n
- Training and user adoption
/n
- Hypercare support post go-live
/n
- Manage program financials including budget, forecasting, and ROI tracking

- Build and lead cross-functional delivery teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing,
and IT

- Ensure successful multi-site rollout across manufacturing facilities in:

- Roanoke, VA
/n
- Troutville, VA
/n
- Rincon, GA
/n
- Pocatello, ID

- Oracle Finance go-live across all plants on schedule and within budget
/n
- Clean financial close on Oracle at go-live
/n
- Seamless Salesforce ↔ Oracle integration and order flow
/n
- Successful retirement of legacy ERP systems without disruption

- Measurable business value realization and user adoption
/n
- Strong governance, risk mitigation, and execution discipline
/n /n Qualifications /n /n
- 15+ years of experience in ERP program leadership or enterprise transformation
/n
- Proven track record delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations (Finance required)
/n
- Experience with multi-site manufacturing environments strongly preferred
/n
- Hands-on experience managing Tier-1 System Integrators (SI)
/n
- Strong understanding of:
/n
- Finance and Supply Chain processes
/n
- Manufacturing operations
/n
- Data integrations and enterprise architecture
/n
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, Salesforce integrations, and Azure platforms preferred
/n
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
