Description:
1. Integration Architecture & Design
Design and implement integration strategies ensuring efficient data flow between ServiceNow and external systems. Lead architecture discussions across technology stacks, cloud environments, and continuous deployment pipelines.
Develop integration design artifacts, architecture documents, and standards to ensure consistency across implementations.
Ensure ServiceNow integrations align with enterprise IT strategy, security policies, and compliance requirements.
1. Hands‑On Integration Development
Design and implement integrations using technologies such as REST, SOAP, JDBC, ODBC, SSO, SAML, SSL, LDAP, SCP, FTPS, etc. Build integrations with platforms like Active Directory, HR systems (e.g., Workday), CRM tools (e.g., Jira), and other enterprise applications.
Work with CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration, and automation workflows to support ITOM and ITSM functions.
1. Platform Expertise
Serve as a subject matter expert across ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM (Discovery & Orchestration), ITBM, GRC, Security Operations (SIR, VRM), Service Portal, Mobile. Guide optimization of ServiceNow data models and enforce coding standards across development teams.
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
Strong proficiency in integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, SAML/SSO, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC).
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow scripting (XML, JavaScript, Angular)]
Deep understanding of network topology, application architecture, and database architecture.
Certifications
CSA (ServiceNow Administrator)
CIS (Implementation Specialist)
ITIL Foundation
Ability to lead integration architecture for large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in specialized teams.

Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with experience in database change management, cloud data platforms,
and CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining deployment pipelines, database version control processes, and integration solutions to support modern software delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for application and database deployments.
- Manage database schema changes and version control using Liquibase .
- Deploy, configure, and optimize solutions on Snowflake .
- Integrate development workflows with GitHub , including repository management, branching strategies, pull requests, and GitHub Actions.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and data engineering teams to ensure reliable and secure releases.
- Monitor and improve deployment performance, security, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and database-related issues.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Liquibase for database versioning, change management, and automated deployments.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake administration, development, and deployment processes.
- Expertise in GitHub integration, including:
- GitHub Actions
- Branching and merge strategies
- Pull request workflows
- Repository management
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar).
