Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, including sales management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Supervise a team of optical sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experience.
- Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met by implementing effective displays and promotions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years' experience as an Optical Store Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
- Robust skills in cash handling, complaints resolution, customer service, inventory management, sales management, team leadership, and visual merchandising.
