- Handling motor policy endorsements, cancellations & refunds.
- Performing quality checks on OEM & internal systems within TAT.
- Resolving policy servicing and refund-related queries.
- Coordinating with Sales, Underwriting & CPT teams.
- Preparing weekly MIS and refund tracker reports.
- Managing pending cases and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborating with OEM partners like Maruti, Hyundai, Toyota, Kia, MG, Hero & TVS.

- Created and maintained Excel MIS & SFDC reports.
- Supported customer service operations and case management.
- Tracked operational performance and ensured timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
- Solid leadership skills
