About the Role

BookEinstein is looking for an organised and personable Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day running of our library services and member relationships. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on library operations and customer-facing work: you will keep our library running smoothly, be the first point of contact for member queries on calls, and drive renewal conversations so members continue their reading journey with us without interruption.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day circulation: issuing, receiving, and tracking books across member accounts.

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of inventory, book condition, and member borrowing history.





- Coordinate replenishment and current stock addition with the curriculum/procurement team.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with parents/members, resolving queries on membership, book selection, and schedules.

- Onboard new members with a clear, friendly introduction to how the library and programme work.

- Log every call and interaction accurately in the CRM/tracker for visibility across the team.

- Escalate unresolved issues to the Operations Manager or relevant department promptly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
