Operations & Research Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat – In-Office

Important: This is an in-office position based in Ahmedabad. Candidates must currently reside in Ahmedabad or be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad. This is NOT a remote position.

About the Role

G-Lines is hiring an Operations & Research Manager to support the day-to-day Canadian operations of Alfa Group.

Alfa Group operates across multiple service divisions, including:

Physical Security & Guard Services

CCTV & Remote Video Monitoring

Low-Voltage & Security System Integration

Emergency & Rescue Services

Construction Security Solutions

Other growing business divisions

Your primary role will be to coordinate operations, keep teams and projects organized, conduct research, prepare reports, and ensure tasks are followed through to completion.

This is not a basic administrative role. We need someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, resourceful and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations across multiple divisions

Track projects, tasks, deadlines and follow-ups

Coordinate with Canadian management, field teams, guards, technicians and vendors

Assist with scheduling and site coverage

Prepare client reports, incident summaries and operational updates

Support low-voltage/security integration project coordination

Conduct research on vendors, projects,



companies and business opportunities

Assist with quotations, proposals and project documentation

Maintain accurate operational data and trackers

Draft professional emails and internal documentation

Identify operational issues and follow through until resolved

Help improve internal systems, processes and efficiency

What We're Looking For

Must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate

Strong written and spoken English

Tech-savvy and a fast learner

Strong research and problem-solving ability

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

Able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Comfortable taking ownership without constant supervision

Strong accountability and follow-through

Comfortable coordinating with a Canadian-based operation and time zone

Experience in operations, security, construction, low-voltage, logistics, dispatch, project coordination or technical services is an advantage.
