- Schematic design (Altium)

- multi-layer PCB design support
/n
- Design knowledge of AFE, high-voltage & Cell monitoring, cell balancing, and isolation circuits.
/n
- Experience in Unit Testing, System Validation
/n
- EMI/EMC & Other compliance coordination
/n /n Job Requirements: /n /n
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
/n
- Proven experience in the design and development of Battery Management Systems (BMS) for lithium-ion battery packs.
/n
- In-depth knowledge of Circuit Design, Analysis and Simulation with a robust background in analog, digital or power electronics.
/n
- Proficiency in Simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools.
/n
- Strong hold on lab equipment's, such BMS simulator, HV power supply, DSO, DMM, and electronic load
/n
- as Strong understanding of battery characteristics, chemistry, charging algorithms, and safety considerations.
/n
- Experience with battery cell balancing techniques and algorithms.
/n
- Knowledge of relevant industry safety standards, and regulations related to battery technology and electric vehicles.
/n
- Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development for BMS applications is a plus.
/n
- Ability to analyze and interpret battery performance data using relevant software tools.
/n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
/n
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment.
/n /n Skills: /n /n
- Strong understanding of electrical, electronics concepts as related to BMS systems.
/n
- Understanding of electrochemical principles related to battery systems.
/n
- Proficiency in battery simulation and analysis tools, such as pSpice, LTSPICE, PSIM, MATLAB or equivalent
/n
- Experience with EDA tools, such as OrCAD, Cadence, Altium, PADS or equivalent
/n
- Knowledge of safety and failure analysis techniques for battery systems, such as fault tree analysis (FTA) and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA)
/n
- Knowledge of ISO26262, and ISO21434
/n
- Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles for electronics and battery systems
/n
- Familiarity in Automotive industry testing tools, such as dSpace, VT Studio, NI LabView
/n
- Familiarity in programming languages, such as C, C++, or Python, AUTOSAR for embedded systems and data analysis is preferred
