Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support production applications and infrastructure.

Perform L1 troubleshooting, incident analysis, and issue resolution.

Work on Unix/Linux servers and execute basic Linux commands.

Support Oracle database activities and basic SQL troubleshooting.

Monitor and troubleshoot Apache Tomcat servers and application logs.

Perform API testing using SOAP UI and Postman.

Validate and troubleshoot REST APIs and web services.

Monitor applications using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Kibana, and

Grafana.

Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for critical issue resolution.

Maintain operational documentation and adhere to SLA timelines.

Technical Skills

Unix/Linux commands and troubleshooting

Oracle Database basics and SQL knowledge

Apache Tomcat support knowledge

SOAP UI, Postman, and REST API testing





Basic Java knowledge

Monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Kibana, Grafana

Preferred

Exposure to ITIL/support processes

Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow/JIRA

Basic scripting knowledge ,alerting and automation is an added advantage

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field

Positive analytical and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts and support environments
