? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- SharePoint administration & site maintenance
- User access, permissions & security groups
- First-line technical support & troubleshooting
- Manage support queues, requests & escalations
- Platform usage reporting & analytics
- Content publishing & lifecycle management
- Monitor expired/outdated pages and site content
- User training, onboarding & platform support
- Stakeholder coordination across India & APAC
- Documentation, issue tracking & resolution
