We are hiring an Operations Manager!

SHX Digital India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our advertising and digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, graphic design and video editing, along with excellent leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

*Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective coordination and performance.

- Lead, manage and coordinate the advertising and digital marketing team.
- Review and maintain the quality of creative, marketing and advertising deliverables.
- Ensure projects are planned properly and delivered on time.
- Coordinate workflows between marketing, design, video and advertising teams.
- Monitor and improve campaign and project execution processes.
- Ensure high-quality client deliverables and maintain operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to team members.




- Communicate effectively with internal teams and ensure smooth project coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7 years of professional experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Positive understanding of Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
- Excellent team coordination and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
