Operation Manager

Company Overview:

We are a trade promotion and exhibition organizer specializing in organising and representing international B2B exhibitions, conferences and summits trade across multiple industries and countries.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Manager to oversee and support the end-to-end operations of our B2B exhibitions and conferences from concept to implementation. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events while maintaining operational excellence and timelines.

Key Responsibilities: -

· Assist in executing B2B exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and corporate events.

· Coordinate operational activities from pre-event planning to in office execution and post-event closure.

· Manage venue coordination, vendor management, logistics, fabrication, and event setup.

· Coordinate with exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and partners for smooth operational flow.

· Prepare operational timelines, checklists,



floor plans, and execution schedules.

· Ensure all event deliverables are completed within deadlines and budgets.

· Supervise on-ground event operations and troubleshoot operational issues during events.

· Prepare post show report and exhibitor/ buyer feedback and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications: -

· Bachelor’s degree in operations, Business Administration, or related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in operations field.

· Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and operational reporting.

· Willingness to travel and work during event days when required.

Salary: -

Rs. 7,00,000 - 8,00,000 per year

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
