RD Pro Rich Foods Pvt Ltd is the parent company for the retail brand NOVEG. NOVEG is a fresh chicken retail brand with branches across Nashik, built on farm-to-fork transparency — we run our own poultry supply chain rather than depending on third-party sourcing, so quality and consistency are controlled at every stage, not just at the counter.

Role Summary

Organise and coordinate branch operations across NOVEG — stock, compliance, and customer experience — so everything runs on a proper, predictable flow. This is a planning and oversight role: a dedicated assistant will be appointed to execute the ground-level work under your direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and organise daily stock, staff, and supply flow across branches; direct the assistant to execute
- Track sales,



wastage, and stock variance; flag and correct leakage
- Ensure FSSAI hygiene, labelling, and storage compliance at every outlet
- Coordinate supply timing and volumes with farm/processing units to match daily demand
- Maintain consistent pricing, display, and customer service standards across branches
- Report daily/weekly branch-level numbers to management
- Handle escalations — customer complaints, equipment breakdowns, staff issues — with quick resolution

Requirements

- 3–6 years in retail, FMCG, or QSR operations; food/perishable experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of FSSAI norms for meat/perishable retail
- Comfortable with daily MIS/Excel reporting
- Marathi and Hindi fluency required; working English for reporting
