1. Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Facility Management / Property Management, with proven experience in managing multiple residential properties or large-scale apartment/villa communities.

2. Education: A degree is mandatory. Candidates with relevant professional certifications in Facility Management will be preferred.

3. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of apartment/villa operations, including MEP, STP/WTP, DG, lifts, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety, landscaping, housekeeping, security and other common-area services.

4. Multi-site Management: Should have demonstrated experience in handling multiple properties simultaneously, managing site teams, service partners, operational budgets and client/resident expectations.

5. Leadership & Team Management: Should be capable of leading Property Managers and site teams, driving accountability, reviewing KPIs and ensuring operational standards across properties.

6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, Management Committees, clients, vendors and senior management.

7. Hospitality Background: Candidates with a hospitality management background and strong customer-service orientation would be an added advantage.

Preferred Companies: Please explore candidates currently working with established real estate/property management organisations such as Prestige, Brigade, Sobha and Embassy, as well as other reputed facility/property management companies with similar operational standards.

9. Agency Candidates: Request you not to consider profiles sourced from local agencies. We would prefer candidates with experience in professionally managed organisations.

10. Location: The candidate should preferably be residing in or around JP Nagar / South Bangalore, considering that the portfolio will primarily comprise properties in Bangalore South. Proximity to the sites is key for operational responsiveness.

11. Stability: Candidates with a stable career history and reasonable tenure with previous organisations would be preferred.

12. Immediate Requirement: Please prioritise candidates who are available to join within a reasonable notice period, considering the need for a smooth transition.

In addition to the above, the candidate should have a strong ownership mindset, problem-solving ability and the maturity to independently manage operational escalations across multiple properties.
