Manager - Procure to Pay (P2P) Operations

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Experience: 10-15 Years

Designation: Must be a Manager on current company payroll

Compensation: Up to 18 LPA

Shift: US Shift

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Candidates with up to 30 days notice period may be considered)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced P2P Manager to lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, drive service delivery excellence, manage client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate should have strong operational governance experience, excellent communication skills, and hands-on expertise in Oracle

Fusion ERP (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end P2P operations including Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, Payments, Reconciliations, and Month-End Close activities.
- Ensure adherence to P2P SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements, and operational controls.
- Lead client interactions, governance meetings, stakeholder management, and escalation resolution.
- Drive team performance, employee development, and operational excellence.
- 10-15 years of experience in P2P / Accounts Payable Operations.
- Current designation should be Manager.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end P2P lifecycle.
- Oracle Fusion ERP experience is mandatory.
