EIG Overseas is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Thrissur office.

The selected candidate will manage counsellors and telecallers, monitor lead pipelines, improve team productivity and ensure that every student enquiry is followed up systematically. This position requires prior experience in the study-abroad, overseas education or immigration industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily activities of counsellors, telecallers and support staff.
- Conduct daily planning meetings and allocate responsibilities.
- Monitor new leads, profile assessments, appointments, counselling meetings, follow-ups and registrations.
- Ensure that every lead is properly contacted and updated in the CRM.
- Review the WhatsApp pipeline and ensure timely movement of prospects through each stage.
- Track counsellor performance, conversion rates and pending follow-ups.
- Conduct weekly pipeline audits and performance reviews.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operations and sales reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, counselling, documentation and management teams.
- Check the quality of incoming leads and provide evidence-based feedback to the marketing team.
- Ensure registered students receive proper support and regular updates.
- Implement company SOPs and ensure that team members follow them.
- Identify operational gaps and resolve delays, communication issues and process failures.
- Support the management in achieving monthly registration and revenue targets.
- Maintain high standards of student service,



transparency and professionalism.

Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the study-abroad, overseas education or immigration industry.
- Previous experience managing counsellors, sales teams or branch operations.
- Solid understanding of lead management, counselling pipelines and student conversion processes.
- Experience using CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to hold the team accountable and ensure consistent execution.
- Good command of English and Malayalam.
- Knowledge of Germany-focused study or immigration programmes will be an advantage.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field preferred.
