THE ROLE

You will own procurement and operational support for our Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh facility. While the Factory Manager runs production on the shop floor, you will ensure the factory has everything it needs to run — materials, vendors, inventory, logistics, and operational coordination — delivered on time and at the right cost.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own end-to-end procurement: identify vendors, negotiate pricing and terms, raise and track purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials, consumables, and equipment
- Build and manage vendor relationships; evaluate vendor performance on quality, cost, and delivery reliability
- Maintain optimal inventory levels in coordination with the Factory Manager and production schedules — no stock-outs, no excess holding
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, dispatch documentation, and material movement
- Handle operational requirements of the facility — utilities, AMCs, facility services,



statutory and administrative coordination
- Work closely with supply chain, quality assurance, and accounts teams on material inspection, vendor payments, and documentation
- Prepare procurement and operational reports for leadership; support regulatory and audit documentation
- Guide cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, accountable work culture

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, industrial management, commerce, or a related field
- Understanding of procurement processes, inventory control, and vendor management in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and foster a team-oriented work culture
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to prepare reports, present findings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with ERP or manufacturing management systems, and familiarity with standard productivity and reporting tools
- Ability to work on-site in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh and manage operational priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting

ADDED ADVANTAGE

- Prior experience in manufacturing industries, heavy engineering, or high-tech production environments is highly beneficial
- Exposure to defence, aerospace, composites, or technical-textile supply chains
- Familiarity with GST, e-way bills, and vendor compliance documentation

OTHER DETAILS

- Compensation: commensurate with experience; discussed during the selection process

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
