We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager with at least 10 years of experience in a training, learning and development, or educational services company, or in Hiring and staffing. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient delivery of training programs, manage administrative processes, and support business growth through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the training company.

- Coordinate and monitor training schedules, trainers, venues, and resources.

- Ensure smooth execution of training programs and maintain high service quality standards.

- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Monitor budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation.

- Lead and supervise administrative and support staff.

- Coordinate with clients, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and accreditation requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education,



or a related field.

- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar operational leadership role within a training company, educational institution, or learning and development organization.

- Solid knowledge of training operations, scheduling, and program coordination.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in managing corporate training programs and training center operations.

- Knowledge of quality assurance and accreditation standards in the training industry.

- Project management certification or related professional qualifications is an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
