Manager – Operations / Floor Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager / Floor Manager to manage day-to-day operations of a premium Gaming Zone / Family Entertainment Center in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day gaming zone and floor operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all gaming activities and customer areas.
- Manage and supervise floor staff, gaming attendants and support teams.
- Monitor customer experience, safety, hygiene and service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Monitor gaming equipment, maintenance and operational readiness.
- Manage daily opening/closing procedures and operational checklists.
- Track revenue, footfall, utilization and other operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, housekeeping and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and maintain records.
- Drive team performance and ensure achievement of operational targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Gaming Zone / FEC / Arcade / Entertainment Operations.
- Experience in a Manager / Floor Manager / Operations Manager role is preferred.




- Strong experience in floor operations and team handling.
- Positive customer service and complaint-handling skills.
- Experience managing gaming zone activities, staff and daily operations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from Jaipur Gaming Zones will be preferred.
- Candidates currently working in Delhi Gaming Zones can also apply if they are willing to relocate to Jaipur.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
