About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensure smooth service delivery, and improve the efficiency of our fleet management and IoT operations. This is a customer-facing role, leading a small team and coordinating across technical, support, and sales functions to keep operations running smoothly, with occasional field visits to clients as needed.

What You Will Do

- Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people and ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with technical, support, sales, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor fleet management activities, service requests, and operational workflows.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer and operational escalations, working directly with clients.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational activities.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance.




- Prepare and share regular operational reports with management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Support resource planning, manpower allocation, and operational scheduling.
- Travel for field visits (client sites, depots, etc.) as required, on an occasional basis.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

1. 7-9 years of experience in operations management, with mandatory hands-on experience in the logistics domain (fleet management, transportation, or related).
2. Experience in quick-paced, service-based or tech-driven organizations is preferred in addition to logistics background.
3. Proven experience managing and leading a small team (3-4 people) and coordinating cross-functional operations.
4. Strong knowledge of operational processes, reporting, and performance management.
5. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; comfortable in a customer-facing role.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel and general operational reporting tools (no specific software required).
7. Familiarity with GPS/vehicle-tracking or IoT-based fleet operations is preferred, not mandatory.
8. Any graduate degree is acceptable - no specific field required.
9. Willingness to travel occasionally for client/field visits.
