Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations qualified to handle client coordination, vendor management, purchase, and execution of exhibition stall projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client communication, requirements, follow-ups, and regular updates.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and production teams.
- Find and coordinate with vendors for fabrication, printing, electrical, carpentry, branding, furniture, transportation, etc.
- Source materials and services required for projects.
- Collect quotations, compare rates, negotiate prices, and finalize vendors.
- Coordinate purchases and ensure materials are available as per project timelines.
- Coordinate between clients, designers, production teams, vendors, and site teams.
- Track project progress and ensure work is completed on time and as per requirements.
- Handle last-minute changes, client requirements,



and operational issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and site teams during installation and dismantling.
- Monitor vendor work and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain records of quotations, purchases, vendors, and project requirements.
- Follow up on pending materials, payments, deliveries, and other operational requirements.
- Ensure projects are executed within the approved budget and timeline.
- Provide regular project updates to management.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in exhibitions, events, operations, procurement, or related industries.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects and vendors.
