Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics and shipment activities.



This role involves coordinating freight movements across sea, and land, ensuring timely pickups, deliveries, and documentation for customs clearance and compliance.

The Operations

Executive will manage warehouse and last-mile operations, monitor shipment status, and maintain accurate records in line with company SOPs and regulatory requirements. The role includes regular communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners to resolve operational issues, optimize processes, and support smooth execution of end-to-end logistics solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should have Operations and end-to-end logistics processes knowledge and daily shipment activities.
- Candidates should have positive Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should have knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs procedures; prior experience in international logistics or supply chain is preferred.
