Skate Supply India is looking for an energetic, organised and hands-on Operations & Customer Support Intern to join our team in Chandigarh.
As an early-stage business, this role is intentionally generalist. You’ll get to work across customer support, ecommerce operations, logistics, inventory and other day-to-day business requirements. If you like figuring things out, solving problems and getting things done, this could be a good fit.
? Location: Chandigarh, On-site
⏳ Duration: Minimum 3 months
? Internship: Paid. Stipend will be discussed based on experience and fit.
What you’ll work on:
• Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, calls, email and other channels
• Support order processing, shipping, returns and exchanges
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Maintain operational trackers, records and product/order data
• Assist with inventory and SKU coordination
• Support basic Shopify/ecommerce operations
• Help with marketplace, wholesale and other business operations when required
• Identify and solve day-to-day operational and customer experience issues
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and tasks across the business
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Someone proactive who can take ownership without constant supervision
• Comfortable working across different types of tasks
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to figure things out
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Prior internship/work experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Interest in startups, ecommerce, sports or skateboarding is a bonus
This is a good chance for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how an early-stage consumer and ecommerce business actually works, rather than being limited to one function.
