Position: Structure Operations & Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Chemi Tech Group is looking for a proactive and organised professional to coordinate the operations and sales activities of our Solar Module Mounting Structure (MMS) business.

The position will be based at our Noida office and will act as a key coordination point between the sales team, factory, design/technical team, logistics and customers , ensuring that orders move smoothly from enquiry to production and final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities between the Noida office and structure manufacturing factory .
- Track customer enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order confirmation, specifications, quantities and delivery schedules .
- Maintain an updated order execution and production planning sheet .
- Coordinate with the factory for production planning, material availability and order priorities.
- Follow up on drawings, BOQs and technical approvals required before production.
- Monitor production status and ensure committed dispatch timelines are achieved.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for vehicle planning and timely dispatch of material.
- Keep sales teams and customers updated regarding order and dispatch status.
- Coordinate documentation including quotations, POs, production instructions, dispatch details and related records.
- Follow up on pending payments/documentation wherever required for order execution.




- Maintain MIS for orders received, orders under production, dispatches, pending orders and sales pipeline .
- Support the management in monitoring factory utilisation, order flow and operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate resolution of customer issues relating to quantities, specifications, shortages or dispatches.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure enquiries and opportunities are followed up systematically.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech with experience in manufacturing operations, sales coordination, order management or project coordination .
- Experience in solar structures, steel fabrication, roll forming, solar EPC or engineering products will be preferred.
- Solid command over Excel and MIS reporting .
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate simultaneously with sales, production, technical and logistics teams.
- Should be highly organised and comfortable handling multiple orders and priorities.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, BOQs and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.

Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

What We Are Looking For

This is not a purely sales or purely production role . We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete coordination cycle — Enquiry → Order → Technical Approval → Production → Dispatch → Customer Coordination .

The person should be capable of becoming the central point of coordination for our Solar Structure business from the Noida Head Office.
