We’re now looking for a highly hands-on Operations Coordinator who can keep the company organised, quick and accountable as we scale.

What You’ll Do

You will coordinate across clients, sales, content, design and production to make sure:

- Tasks have clear owners and deadlines
- Client deliverables are completed and tracked
- Dashboards and data stay updated
- Payments, invoices and follow-ups don’t get missed
- Freelancers and team members stay aligned
- Blockers are flagged before they become delays
- Repetitive work is automated wherever possible

You’ll work closely with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Google Sheets, Google Drive, dashboards, CRMs and automation tools.

Someone who is

- Extremely organised and reliable
- Comfortable with data and spreadsheets
- Very tech-savvy and excited by AI
- Proactive — you don’t wait to be chased
- Comfortable coordinating different people
- Fast at learning new tools




- Hands-on and low ego
- Based in Delhi NCR / Gurgaon
- Genuinely excited about what LYNQ is building

You don’t need to know everything already.

But you should be the kind of person who thinks:

“I’ll figure it out.”

What Success Looks Like

If something is delayed, you flag it.

If something is completed, you log it.

If someone is blocked, you unblock them.

If something can be automated, you improve it.

The founder should not need to ask:

“What happened with this?”

This role can grow into:

Operations Coordinator → Operations Lead → Head of Operations
