Role Description The Operations Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, supporting the smooth execution of The Akira Experience’s travel experiences. The intern will assist in coordinating itineraries, managing bookings, and ensuring accurate documentation for travel, visa, and insurance requirements. Day-to-day tasks include tracking operational workflows, liaising with vendors and partners, and helping maintain internal databases and reports.

The role also involves supporting project timelines, handling basic customer communication, and collaborating with the core team to improve processes and service delivery. This position offers hands-on exposure to operations in a niche luxury and experiential travel environment.

- Candidates should possess project management skills to help organize timelines, monitor tasks, and ensure smooth execution of retreats and travel experiences.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, email) and comfort working with digital platforms.
- Interest in experiential travel, hospitality, or luxury services; prior internship or project experience in related fields is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, hospitality, tourism, or a related discipline is preferred.
