About the Role:

Radius is looking for an Operations Staff – Restaurant Onboarding to help us connect with restaurants and food outlets across Jamshedpur and onboard them onto our food delivery platform.

This is a field-based role involving restaurant outreach, field visits, partner onboarding, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, bakeries, and other food outlets
- Introduce the Radius platform and explain its benefits to potential partners
- Assist interested restaurants throughout the onboarding process
- Conduct field visits and build skilled relationships with restaurant owners/managers
- Collect menus, pricing, operating hours, contact details, location, photographs, and required documents




- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to complete restaurant activation
- Follow up with interested restaurant partners
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, follow-ups, and successful onboardings
- Work towards agreed weekly/monthly onboarding targets

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience; freshers can apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of Jamshedpur's local food market
- Willingness to travel locally
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and responsible approach
- Good follow-up and coordination skills

Compensation:

- Probation period: ₹3,000–₹5,000 stipend for 2 months; full-time opportunity based on performance
- Post-probation compensation: As per performance and company policy

Working Hours:

Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
