Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at St. John’s Besant Nagar in Chennai. This role is responsible for supporting daily school operations, including coordinating administrative processes, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth functioning of academic and co-curricular activities.

Specialist will track and analyze operational data, assist in implementing process improvements, and support project-based initiatives across departments.
