Position: Operations Executive – Back Office & Data Entry

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/Month

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily operations, back-office activities, data entry, reporting, team coordination, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations, back-office & data entry activities.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs, operational performance, quality, and productivity.
- Support procurement, inventory, warehouse, and project-related activities.
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and basic financial/operational analysis.
- Conduct data verification and quality checks.
- Identify process gaps and implement cost-effective improvements.
- Support recruitment, training, and staff coordination when required.




- Conduct basic market research and provide practical business insights.
- Ensure processes follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in Operations / Back Office / Data Entry / MIS / Business Operations

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets & data management

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Understanding of operations and process improvement

Basic knowledge of budgets and financial data

Bachelor's degree in BBA / Operations / Business Administration or related field preferred
